This Website operates in accordance with Act LXXVIII of 2017 on the Practice of Law (Üttv.), as well as the relevant regulations of the Hungarian Bar Association (MÜK), with particular regard to MÜK Regulation No. 6/2018 (III. 26.) on the ethical rules and requirements governing the legal profession.

An engagement relationship is established only upon the parties’ mutual and corresponding declarations of intent, the conclusion of a written engagement agreement and the Client’s acceptance thereof, as well as following the successful completion of the client identification procedure required by law (Pmt.) and the conflict-of-interest check.

5. Consumer Protection and Complaints Handling

The User (as a consumer) may submit complaints relating to the Attorney’s activities via the email address specified in Section 1 or by post. The Attorney shall provide a substantive written response to the complaint within 30 days.

In the event of a consumer dispute, the User is entitled to contact the Conciliation Board competent according to their place of residence or place of stay.
